Went wig shopping today! Not a phrase I ever thought I’d hear myself say. Mum & sis came with me. The only wig they had with curls like mine was a huge long one that looked like an 80’s perm! So after much deliberation I settled for one that was similar in length and colour to my own hair but just looked like it’s been straightened. I also got a hat and wig care kit (who knew such a thing existed?). I feel happier now I’m ready for when my hair falls out. I also have a spare boob, courtesy of work, just in case.
