Woke up at 5am feeling really sick. Took one of the anti sickness pills I’d be given which allowed me to get back to sleep after a while. Then had diarrhoea for the rest of the morning & felt drained. Tastebuds have gone to pot. Most things taste bland and I don’t fancy tea or coffee at all. Went to bed early as exhausted.
